Our Story
Clem's Cafe started with a simple belief: great barbecue brings people together. What began as a small roadside stand along US-22 in Blairsville has grown into a beloved local institution, but the heart of what we do hasn't changed.
Every morning, our pit fires up with hickory and oak. Ribs, pork shoulders, and chicken are seasoned with our proprietary rub and smoked low and slow for hours until they reach that perfect tenderness. Our BBQ sauce — tangy, slightly sweet, with just the right kick — has been perfected over years of trial and error (and a lot of taste-testing).
We're a family-run operation, and when you walk through our doors, you're family too. Whether you're a regular who's been coming for years or a first-time visitor passing through on Route 22, we want you to feel welcome and leave satisfied.
